Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise specified:

• All of our associates are background checked before they step foot in your business or venue.
• All of our associates are drug tested with a zero tolerance policy.
• We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including regular housekeeping, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized services such as carpet cleaning. 
• The specific service details, pricing, and scope will be outlined in your service agreement or booking confirmation 
• Unless otherwise specified, either party may terminate a Contract by providing the other party with written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired termination date. 
• All cleaning services must be paid in full upon completion of the service, unless contractually specified otherwise. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payments.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. 
• We are fully insured for public liability; however, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. In the event of accidental damage, please notify us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
